Data Deletion
We respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your MoAI account and all
associated data, follow the instructions below.
Our Commitment
When you request data deletion, we remove your account information, conversational history, and Mo's learned
memory from our active servers. Please note that some data may be retained for limited periods in encrypted
backups or where required by law.
How to Delete Your Data
You can request data deletion through two primary methods:
- In-App Settings: Log into the MoAI web application, navigate to Settings >
Account, and select Delete Account. Follow the confirmation prompts to permanently
remove your data.
- Email Request: Send an email from your registered account address to data@mo-ai.life with the
subject line "Data Deletion Request". Our team will verify your identity and process the request
within 30 days.
What is Removed?
- Profile information (name, email).
- All voice and text conversation logs.
- All learned "Memory" entries that Mo has stored.
- Customization preferences.
Important Considerations
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once processed, you will lose access to your MoAI account and all
personalized learning Mo has acquired.
