MoAI is provided by MoStore Holdings LTD. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
You agree to use MoAI only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not attempt to circumvent any service limitations or security measures.
MoAI is an experimental autonomous intelligence system. It may provide information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. MoAI does not provide professional legal, medical, or financial advice. All AI-generated output should be verified by a human professional before being acted upon.
Subject to your compliance with these terms, you own the inputs you provide to MoAI. Between you and MoAI, you own the outputs generated by the Service based on your inputs, provided that MoAI retains all rights to its underlying technology, models, and algorithms.
You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOSTORE HOLDINGS LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MoStore Holdings LTD is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
